Shipping Charges and Times

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected.

Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account.

Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

For all other customers, the Shipping cost will be displayed in Checkout once the Shipping Address is entered and the Shipping Method selected.

West Malaysia (Semenanjung)

• Standard (3 - 6 business days)

East Malaysia (Labuan, Sabah, Sarawak)

• Standard (4 - 8 business days)

The following schedule shows anticipated delivery based on the day you place your order.

As delivery issues (such as inclement weather) may arise, please wait for an email confirming the delivery date for your order.

If we need to contact you for any reason about your order, shipping of your package may be affected.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email.

Backorders

If your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be CANCELLED from your order.

You may reorder once they become available again.
